Following a failed attempt (which spanned more than six WEEKS, by another realtor to sell my condo!. From the time that I contacted Bree, July 11th and signed a contract with her. To Friday July 12th, when her amazing staging crew came to survey my condo, and totally staged it on Saturday, July 13th. Then photographs were taken, including drone photos of the entire complex, on Monday, July 15th. To the Go-Live, with fabulous photos and an expressive description of my condo, on Tuesday afternoon!!! Then two or three showings on Tuesday, three or four showings on on Wednesday. AND by Thursday, Bree has a CASH offer for me, $2,000. OVER ASKING price!! Followed by a SEVEN day inspection window on a 14 day escrow!!!! Bree SAVED MY SKIN and my Financing of my new home was not necessary!!!

"Bree knows the market, she is knowledgeable in all aspects of the Fresno/Clovis and surrounding areas pros/cons. It shows that her experience in real estate has helped her to make any deal go through. She works for her clients at all hours and makes deals happen even over the Christmas holiday. I would recommend her to any friend, family member, random person on the street. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. Probably the only negative thing about working with Bree is she doesn’t allow you to get stressed out through the process of buying or selling. She holds all the pieces of the puzzle together very well."

"Bree and Rebecca did an amazing job selling my house and negotiating with prospective buyers. They did a fantastic job marketing the open house we had in the days leading up to it and we got multiple full price offers on the first day of the open house.
